Memorandums
In March 2019, RODA executed a ten-year Memorandum of Understanding with the National Marine Fisheries Service and Bureau of Ocean Energy Management to collaborate on science and policy approaches to managing the development of the Outer Continental Shelf in a way that minimizes conflicts with existing traditional and historical fishing.
