The Fishing Liaison with Offshore Wind and Wet Renewables Group (FLOWW) was set up in 2002 to foster good relations between the fishing and offshore renewable energy sectors and encourage co-existence of the industries across the UK.

Administered by the Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs and the MA Clean Energy Center, the MA Fisheries Working Group on Offshore Wind Energy is comprised of commercial and recreational fishermen, scientists, and state and federal agencies.

The Mid-Atlantic and New England Councils, working with NOAA Fisheries, collaboratively developed this page to link to information and resources that may be relevant to wind planning discussions.
